This Offers (acting as a non-binding letter of intent LOI) must be all cash to the Seller with the following terms: • Prospective purchaser due diligence period shall not exceed 20 days from the date the contract is countersigned by the Seller, • Prospective purchaser financing contingency shall not exceed 30 days from the date the contract is countersigned by the Seller, and • Prospective purchaser must complete the Sale of the Property no later than 10 days following the expiration of due diligence and financing contingency, whichever occurs last.
