LIVE AUCTION Friday, October 25, 2019 @ 10 AM On Friday, October 25, 2019 U-Stor-It (Hess Holdings, LLC) located at 185 Piper Lane (behind Fleming Candy Co. on HWY 29 in Salisbury, NC) will sell approximately 38 units with personal property in accordance with the NCGS Chapter 44A. Parking will be located in the grass field across the railroad tracks from the storage buildings. DO NOT BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAYS OR ENTRANCES. There will be a deposit of $50 per unit. We will unlock, view, and sell the unit. All purchased units must be cleared out by Tuesday, October 29, 2019, no later than 3 pm. Units must be completely cleaned out and swept before your deposit can be refunded.
