268 Spyglass Dr, Bermuda Run, NC Mike Hendrix (who passed 1/17/25), was a well known Davie County native and educator, organist and a member of the Davie Arts Council, Heart Fund Drive of Davie, Board of Directors of the Davie County Chapter of the North Carolina Symphony, The Davie County Humane Society, the Davie County Hospital Board of Trustees, the United Way of Davie County, the Davie County YMCA, the Chamber of Commerce, the education committee of Davie Futures Project, and the First United Methodist Church. He was also the organist at Mt Tabor Methodist Church.
