Biography
Ashton Burton originates from Davie County, North Carolina, where her journey into the world of real estate and auctioneering began. A proud alumnus of Davie High School, Ashton embarked on her academic journey at Appalachian State University, where she successfully earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, complemented by a minor in Marketing. Her dedication to continuous learning led her to obtain both a Real Estate License and an Auctioneer License.
In 2021, Ashton celebrated a significant milestone when she graduated from the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute, showcasing her commitment to mastering her craft.
As The Swicegood Group's dedicated Closing Coordinator, Ashton orchestrates the seamless conclusion of every successful real estate auction, skillfully guiding each transaction to the closing table. Her genuine passion for the role is evident in the daily connections she fosters with buyers, sellers, and attorneys, making her an integral part of the team.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ashton's personal life is equally fulfilling. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Ben Burton, and together they welcomed their son, Braxton, into the world in 2021. Their family grew even more joyous when they welcomed their daughter, Blaire, in 2023.
In her leisure time, Ashton finds joy in quality family moments, whether it's spending time with her husband, Ben, their son, Brax, their daughter, Blaire, and their dog, Rose. Additionally, she enjoys friendly games of pickleball or a round of golf with her husband, Ben. A testament to her well-rounded and balanced approach to life.
